The problem

Where MENd Together was when we started.

MENd Together had a powerful mission but an invisible web presence — a generic template site, weak Google footprint, and no path from "first heard of it" to "reached out".

Men in crisis don't browse. They Google a specific feeling at 2am, scan three sites in ten seconds, and either reach out or close the tab. The previous site lost almost every one of those moments.

The approach

Designed a warmer, slower-feeling site that felt safe enough for a man on a hard night to keep reading — generous white space, calm typography, and a single, unmistakable enquiry path.

Built dedicated pages around the specific language men actually use ("angry all the time", "can't switch off", "shut down with my partner") so Google could match real intent.

Layered in automated local SEO — Google Business Profile signals, location pages, schema, and structured content that compounds week on week.

The outcome

What changed because of the work.

Within three months the site was ranking on page one for the most important men's-mental-health terms in Kent and beyond.

Enquiry volume moved from "a handful a quarter" to a steady weekly inflow — the kind of compounding visibility that lets a small CIC plan ahead rather than chase.

The site has since become the trust signal partners and funders refer to first when introducing the work.
